We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability in our 200-room luxury boutique hotel. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive operational strategies including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and manage departmental budgets with P&L accountability
- Implement brand standards and service excellence protocols
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with sales team for group bookings and corporate accounts
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and ADA standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager license required
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Experience with staff development programs
- Proficiency in budget forecasting and financial reporting
