Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead staff training, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives
- Handle guest complaints and elevate service quality across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores (NPS/CSAT)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
