Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and guest experience goals
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and local community partners
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with exceptional service recovery skills
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of revenue growth and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Valid Ohio hospitality management certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
