Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability through cost control and revenue enhancement
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and escalate issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in hotel management with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and revenue management
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership abilities
- Valid North Carolina hospitality management certification preferred
