Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring seamless guest experiences across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive customer satisfaction through personalized service and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with sales teams to optimize group and transient business
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and brand positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in upscale properties
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, OPERA Cloud preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Deep knowledge of Indianapolis tourism market and competitive landscape
- Valid Indiana Food Handler's/ServSafe certification
