Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve escalated service issues
- Coordinate with sales team for group bookings and corporate partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/upscale properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development expertise
- Knowledge of Seattle hospitality market trends
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
