Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service delivery
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of revenue growth and P&L management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Expert knowledge of hotel operations systems (Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid DC hospitality manager certification preferred
