Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and train 50+ staff members while fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated service issues
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and leisure partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and operational KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration required
- Advanced certification from AHLEI or similar organization preferred
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of Boston market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
