Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service quality standards and complaint resolution
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with sales teams to drive group bookings and corporate partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in hotel management with 2+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong P&L management and budgeting experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
