Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze financial reports and control operational costs
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities
- Implement sustainability and efficiency programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury/resort settings
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain
