Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Lead, mentor, and train 50+ staff members across all departments
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze market trends and implement competitive pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate/group business
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction scores
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Expertise in PMS systems, yield management, and financial controls
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Deep knowledge of Memphis tourism market and local attractions
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- CHIA or AHLEI certification preferred
