Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Optimize revenue streams through strategic pricing and occupancy strategies
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences with prompt issue resolution and personalized service
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Enforce compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote local attractions and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Kentucky hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends
