Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and operational audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury/boutique properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization expertise
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Opera, Yield Management systems, and industry analytics
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler certification preferred
- BS/BA in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
