We're seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our 120-room property and deliver exceptional guest experiences in New Mexico's vibrant cultural hub. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and vendor relationships
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate and group bookings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler's Manager certification
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
