Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 40+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for key services
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures
- Handle guest complaints with exceptional service recovery techniques
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and group business
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Fresno tourism market and local business landscape
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
