Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance including P&L statements and budget adherence
- Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery standards
- Coordinate with sales and marketing for events and corporate partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in premium properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor diverse teams
- Advanced knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Valid Missouri Food Handler certification required
