Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management initiatives
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Resolve complex guest complaints with exceptional service
- Analyze financial metrics to optimize profitability
- Coordinate with vendors and local tourism partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in premium properties
- Proven P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Strong knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Arizona Food Handler/Health Manager certification
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
