Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest service experiences
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and local tourism partners
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve complex service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury/resort properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and team leadership
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Colorado hospitality regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS and hotel management software
- Valid Colorado Food Handler certification preferred
