Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and train 40+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and budget optimization
- Drive guest satisfaction scores above 95%
- Coordinate with sales team for group bookings and events
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/resort properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L expertise
- Virginia Food Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Virginia Beach residency preferred
