Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Lead staff training, performance reviews, and talent development
- Handle VIP guest relations and service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive local tourism partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hospitality technology
- Valid North Carolina Food Protection Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
