Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage P&L statements, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of 50+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health codes, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for corporate and leisure bookings
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores (NPS >85)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Valid Nebraska hospitality certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, RMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
