Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring flawless guest service standards
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-departmental teams of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Drive sales strategies through partnerships, digital marketing, and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance guest loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/hospitality sector
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team development expertise
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Deep knowledge of Miami market dynamics and tourism trends
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida hospitality certification or equivalent
