Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Manage P&L statements and control operational budgets
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high service standards
- Address guest concerns and ensure 5-star satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales teams for corporate and group bookings
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management expertise
- Knowledge of Minneapolis tourism market preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
- Valid Minnesota Food Manager certification
