Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and average daily rate
- Manage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service standards
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate with sales teams for corporate and group bookings
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with health/safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Kansas hospitality management certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays
