Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational budgets
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
