- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, and transportation needs.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily revenue reports accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in hospitality is required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Must possess a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light luggage.
