Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local dining and entertainment recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
