Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hotel staff, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L statements to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel packages and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A relevant degree in Hospitality Management is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and driving operational efficiency.
