Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury or boutique hotel operations
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid New York State Food Protection Manager certification
