Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance crews.
- Handle high-priority guest complaints and ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales and payroll reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Oracle Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
