Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and train staff while maintaining high service standards
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain exceptional satisfaction ratings
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury or full-service properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and operational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Texas Hotel Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
