Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Train and supervise front desk staff, bell services, and guest relations agents
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate housekeeping efforts for optimal occupancy
- Assist in implementing revenue management strategies and promotional activities
- Collaborate with maintenance and food & beverage departments for cohesive operations
- Contribute to performance reviews and staff development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of hotel operations experience or relevant internship
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel budgeting and inventory control principles
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication
