Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing the front desk with a smile and professionalism.
- Operational Support: Assist in managing room bookings, checking guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate department or handling them directly.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and feedback immediately, finding creative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff to coordinate guest needs seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience required; we provide paid training.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
