Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality service standards.
- Manage and mentor hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution.
- Monitor daily financial performance, including budget adherence, revenue management, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, renovations, and facility upkeep.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance local visibility and drive occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a related supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) such as Opera, SkyTouch, or similar systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and resolve conflicts constructively.
