Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize guest satisfaction and profitability
- Manage departmental budgets, financial controls, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing and community partnerships
- Handle escalated guest issues with exceptional service resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/upscale properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong financial acumen with budget P&L management expertise
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development capabilities
- Deep knowledge of San Francisco tourism market and trends
- Valid California Food Handler certification preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
