Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance optimization
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints with exceptional service recovery protocols
- Monitor budget performance and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
