Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy
- Coordinate with departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance) for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Build relationships with corporate clients and local tourism partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and revenue management strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software
