Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of all services.
- Manage and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Implement and maintain safety, security, and compliance standards across the property.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local vendors and community partners.
- Drive revenue generation through upselling strategies and effective marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a positive work culture.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office suite.
- A valid state-issued hospitality or management certification is a plus.
