Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 guest assistance with check-ins, special requests, and local recommendations
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless night operations

- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and facility operations
- Execute emergency response protocols and safety procedures
- Oversee valet services and transportation logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Advanced knowledge of Chicago attractions, dining, and nightlife
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
