Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally at the front desk and throughout the hotel property.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Resolve guest complaints or requests with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel management software.
