Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction scores through proactive service recovery and quality assurance.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, PMS (Opera), and financial management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
