Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) adhere to the highest standards of service.
- Financial Management: Monitor P&L statements, control labor costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Experience: Build strong relationships with VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and local regulations.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's online presence and drive bookings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hotel management, with a proven track record in luxury hospitality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle) and strong financial acumen.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
