Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service and issue resolution
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expense control
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property improvements
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
- Drive marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and guest loyalty
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred) and revenue management tools
- Valid Maryland driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
