Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all public and private areas.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and adhering to budget constraints.
- Monitor and manage the front desk operations and reservations system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
