Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and train 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure 5-star service standards through quality control systems
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with sales/marketing for guest acquisition and retention
- Uphold brand standards and safety compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury/upscale properties
- Proven P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of San Diego tourism market
- Hotel/restaurant management degree or equivalent certification
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Valid California hospitality license
