Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Lead, train, and motivate 120+ staff members through performance coaching
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service initiatives
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate/group bookings and events
Qualifications
- 10+ years hotel management experience with 5+ years in luxury properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization expertise
- Strong leadership skills with staff development track record
- Deep knowledge of LA hospitality market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
