Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service standards and staff training
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of 50+ staff members
- Coordinate with sales team for group bookings and corporate partnerships
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L management expertise
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS and hotel management software
- Valid New York State hospitality certification
