Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and profitability
- Maintain financial oversight for departmental budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Colorado hospitality certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Experience with luxury resort operations preferred
