Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of all hotel staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Expertise in revenue management and yield optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification preferred
