Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury or full-service properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
